By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Note: Our policy may last 24 hours from arrival date especially fragile products. If 24 hours have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you full refund or exchange.
We only apply the RETURN POLICY for the orders that customers send us an email including images or videos proving the product is defective, damaged or not working within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

You can only cancel your order within 1 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation, that means you will receive a refund of 70% total value of your order
Full refund only applies to switching orders. Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
Please note, your new order must be more than or equal to the total price of your old one and need to be executed in 3 hours from your previous order
